XPANCEO is a deep-tech pioneer based in the UAE that focuses on developing next-generation smart contact lenses. Their work aims to transition computing away from traditional smartphones and bulky headsets into an invisible, weightless lens packed with advanced optics, transparent electronics, and biosensors.
During the TKS Challenge Week, our team developed a comprehensive corporate strategy deck to evaluate the market entry for these advanced lenses. Simulating a multi-feature launch (combining AR displays and medical sensors at the same time) introduces severe technical bottlenecks, consumer comfort risks, and complex regulatory delays.

The United Nations is an international organization founded to maintain global peace and security, develop friendly relations among nations, and promote social progress, better living standards, and human rights. Through its specialized agencies and peacekeeping missions, the UN actively works in volatile regions to address the root causes of instability, deliver humanitarian aid, and implement sustainable development strategies to protect vulnerable populations worldwide.
Resource scarcity driven by shifting climate patterns has significantly intensified pastoralist conflicts in East Africa. Developed in alignment with UN humanitarian frameworks, this project introduces a proactive, data-driven system designed to anticipate and mitigate resource-based clashes in South Sudan. The technical framework leverages geospatial artificial intelligence (GeoAI) and high-resolution satellite imagery to track, model, and predict cattle migration patterns in real time. By identifying emerging structural bottlenecks around critical water points and grazing lands, the platform delivers predictive early warnings to local authorities and community leaders. The result is a preventative humanitarian tool that shifts international aid from reactive crisis response to proactive, localized conflict de-escalation.
